1. FREE SHIPPING
All orders within Australia receive free delivery.
2. HOW WE SHIP
Alorairau offers standard free shipping on all Australia orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Currently, we only ship within the Australia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us by email.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Once your online order is confirmed and the full payment is received, we will process your order and have it dispatched within 1-2 working days.
4. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
5. CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please contact the customer service team by email or phone before the order is shipped; we will cancel your order and refund your money. You will receive an email confirmation when the order is successfully cancelled.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You have 30 days from the date you received the package to contact us to return the product. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund you as soon as possible.
6. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your updated delivery address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update your delivery address; if your order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
